Presbyterian Aged Care is committed to high quality aged care services linked to a distinctive and effective Presbyterian ministry. The Terraces Paddington is our recently redeveloped state of the art aged care village in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic administration officer or receptionist to join our team to welcome residents and visitors at our reception desk and work with and support our residential care team. We are seeking to appoint a candidate with experience in general office and administration along with a warm and friendly personality. PAC takes a proactive, enabling approach to our service provision assisting older people.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing & maintaining administrative systems
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, especially with frail older people
  • High level computer and keyboard skills including experience with Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to manage time effectively and set priorities
